Academy Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Partnerships & Onboarding

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new academies across sports and locations.
• Finalize agreements, ensuring alignment on revenue share, targets, and deliverables.

• Academy Management

• Track academy performance: trials, conversions, student count, feedback.
• Resolve operational issues proactively and ensure service consistency.

• Training & Coordination

• Align academy partners with internal training guidelines.
• Coordinate with Ops & Marketing for smooth execution and visibility.

• Financial Accountability

• Own the P&L for Academy vertical—track revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Review monthly financials, identify leaks, and drive efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in business development, partnerships, or sports management.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Prior P&L ownership experience preferred.

• Passion for sports and education is a plus.
