Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Learning Delivery & Facilitation

Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions in Client Delivery Center in Hyderabad.
Deliver onboarding sessions that provide new joiners with a consistent and positive introduction to Alter Domus.
Deliver professional skills and technical sessions using established materials and guidelines.
Prepare presentation decks and materials as needed for delivery.
Measure training and program success using metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work collaboratively with Academy colleagues across regions to support consistent delivery of learning programs.
Liaise with subject-matter experts and internal trainers regarding content clarification and session preparation.

Experience & Attributes

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, facilitation, training delivery, or a related field.
Confident facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong organisational skills for preparing materials and supporting multiple sessions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Outlook).
Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) or LMS tools is an advantage.
Proficiency in English
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, HR, or a related field is preferred.
