Job Description:

AP Guru is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teacher Training Manager to lead the training and development of our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs across various curricula, including IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE, and SAT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement structured training modules for teachers across different academic programs.
• Conduct regular workshops, demo sessions, and observation-based feedback.
• Ensure teachers are well-versed in curriculum content, pedagogy, and assessment strategies.
• Stay updated with global academic standards and examination formats.
• Work closely with the academic team to maintain high-quality teaching standards.

Requirements:

• Strong background in one or more of the listed programs (IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE, SAT).
• Prior experience in teacher training or academic leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for education and mentoring educators.
