Academic/Faculty Training and Development Manager

You will be working as a Teacher Training Manager at AP Guru in Mumbai. Your role will involve leading the training and development of the academic team. You will design and deliver training programs for various curricula such as IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE, and SAT. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement structured training modules for teachers in different academic programs. - Conduct regular workshops, demo sessions, and provide observation-based feedback. - Ensure teachers have a strong understanding of curriculum content, pedagogy, and assessment strategies. - Keep up to date with global academic standards and examination formats. - Collaborate closely with the academic team to uphold high-quality teaching standards. Requirements: - Solid background in one or more of the listed programs (IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE, SAT). - Previous experience in teacher training or academic leadership is preferred. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - A deep passion for education and mentoring educators.
