As a Teacher Training Manager at AP Guru, your role will involve leading the training and development of the academic team. You will design and deliver training programs for various curricula such as IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE, and SAT. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing structured training modules for teachers across different academic programs. - Conducting regular workshops, demo sessions, and providing observation-based feedback. - Ensuring teachers are well-versed in curriculum content, pedagogy, and assessment strategies. - Staying updated with global academic standards and examination formats. - Working closely with the academic team to maintain high-quality teaching standards. To excel in this role, you should have: - A strong background in one or more of the listed programs (IB, AP, A-Level, IGCSE, SAT). - Prior experience in teacher training or academic leadership is preferred. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - A passion for education and mentoring educators.
