Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct engaging English curriculum training sessions for students and teachers.
  • Design and deliver teacher training programs to boost classroom effectiveness.
  • Create curriculum-aligned lesson plans and resource materials.
  • Provide ongoing academic mentoring and support for teachers.
  • Evaluate and refine teaching methods and language proficiency.
  • Track performance and maintain training and progress reports.
  • Stay updated with modern teaching tools, trends, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to ensure consistent program quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts (English preferred).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and classroom engagement skills.
  • Comfortable travelling 10–15 days a month for training sessions.
  • Experience with Smartboards, projectors, or LMS tools is a plus.
