Job Description

What You’ll Do

Conduct engaging English curriculum training sessions for students and teachers.
Design and deliver teacher training programs to boost classroom effectiveness.
Create curriculum-aligned lesson plans and resource materials.
Provide ongoing academic mentoring and support for teachers.
Evaluate and refine teaching methods and language proficiency.
Track performance and maintain training and progress reports.
Stay updated with modern teaching tools, trends, and methodologies.
Collaborate with academic teams to ensure consistent program quality.

What We’re Looking For

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts (English preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and classroom engagement skills.
Comfortable travelling 10–15 days a month for training sessions.
Experience with Smartboards, projectors, or LMS tools is a plus.
