Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident International Tour Coordinator to connect with top MBA/PGDM colleges in Delhi, build strong institutional relationships, and promote our international study tour programs. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, presentations, outreach calling, and conducting in-person meetings with senior academic leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to college Directors, Chairmen, Deans, and faculty coordinators.
Schedule and conduct physical meetings and presentations at campuses.
Visit colleges across regions to build partnerships and finalize collaborations.
Present program offerings confidently with strong business etiquette.
Drive marketing and outreach activities for international immersion programs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional stakeholders.
Coordinate essential communication with international universities (minimal logistics).
Travel regularly for client meetings, campus visits, and promotional events.

Skills required

Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong calling and client engagement abilities
Confidence in meeting senior management and conducting impactful presentations
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Good organizational and follow-up abilities
Ability to travel and manage multiple visits/meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
