Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and versatile Social Media Marketing executive to join our team at GinEd Company. This role involves managing end-to-end video production for our YouTube podcast channel, creating engaging social media content, and handling day-to-day Instagram management. If you are passionate about storytelling, video editing, and building engaging digital communities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality podcast episodes for our YouTube channel.
• Edit and repurpose podcast clips into short-form videos for Instagram, Reels, and other platforms.
• Create visually appealing graphics, posts, and stories for social media.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement on Instagram.
• Run and optimize Instagram ads to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the podcast host/interview team to ensure smooth production.
• Track and analyze video and social media performance, providing insights for growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in video shooting, editing and media production is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram & YouTube.
• Ability to create eye-catching graphics and reels (Photoshop/Canva/After Effects preferred).
• Knowledge of running paid ads on Instagram/Facebook.
• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Contractual / Temporary

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
