Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Academic Specialist to facilitate learning and ensure academic excellence among students. The role involves conducting live or recorded sessions, resolving academic doubts, mentoring learners, and ensuring effective implementation of the curriculum. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging online or offline academic sessions as per the curriculum.
• Provide one-on-one doubt-solving and conceptual clarification to students.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the content and curriculum teams to improve learning materials.
• Track student progress and ensure learning outcomes are met.
• Create and maintain reports on student attendance, performance, and engagement.
• Maintain academic quality and ensure adherence to teaching standards.
• Support learners through their academic journey and address their challenges empathetically.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or EdTech experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong conceptual understanding of the subject.
• Ability to use digital tools, learning platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
