Design & Strategy: - Role: - We are seeking a creative design strategist to help us integrate brand, product and experience design solutions. You will be responsible for the design and execution of the research and trend insights for production as well as future mobility programs. You will work closely with Studio Top management and internal design teams, to lead the creation of visual assets to support research and implement effective change. Responsibilities: - Coordination of all Trend research & Design Strategy assignments. SPOC for design communication material sharing with Product Planning and Marketing Teams, Design Strategy. Strong collaboration among designers, overseas studios, HQ teams. Responsible for design communication with all the suppliers, production plant, vendor development, part development teams and also with Co-designers from other satellite studios in South Korea, EU, USA, Japan & China. Lead and formulate in CMF process streamlining, Consumer & Tend research, Market research guidelines with other departments such as Marketing , Product Planning etc. Manage Multiple tasks both admin and design related while navigating tight schedules and deadlines. Willingness to travel up to 20~ 30% (Of total work responsibility) for research & presentation purpose in domestic/ Overseas Locations. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Design strategy, Brand Management etc. 1~5 years of relevant work experience in Design Strategy Roles in domains such as Automobile, Consumer Goods, or Performance Brands. Familiar with Trend Research, Competitor Analysis, CMF Design Research Methodologies and practices. Outstanding sense of Customer Profiling, Qualitative and Quantitative Market Analysis and Organizing Design Clinic Events & Presentations. Outstanding Verbal, Written and visual communications skills with a particular emphasis on bold, impactful storytelling; strong visual storytelling skills are a must. Well-verse with Latest Presentation tools, techniques and software’s ( Graphic/ Motion Design Skillsets are a Plus). Good team spirit, positive attitude and trans-disciplinary coordination skills.
