Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Battery/module design and development of HV Battery systems for EV passenger vehicles
• Understanding requirements of the product with project coordination and execution
• Leading the development of HV battery system & evaluate structure and related aggregates
• Accountable for deliveries within time and quality for multiple projects
• Manage project timelines, and co-ordinate with HQ and suppliers to meet the objectives
• Lead innovation to keep pace with future HV Battery technology trends
• Enable and support in achieving the Competency roadmap for Battery design domain
• Able to make clear, structured and quality reports as per the given request

Skills Required: -

• Hands-on experience in design & development of HV Battery systems
• In depth knowledge on battery pack package and its internal structure
• Basic knowledge on system architecture, sub systems, selection criteria of HV aggregates
• Awareness on Product development process, process awareness of system development
• Knowledge on the latest Regulations/Standards and Govt. policies
• In depth knowledge on advanced technologies such as CTP/CTV/CTM and other trends
• Know how of HV Battery- thermal and functional behaviour to derive effective results
• Effective problem-solving skills in product development cycle
• Proficient in CATIA, PLM/BOM management, Drawing release and GD&T skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills and capable in mentoring the team
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Capability to follow guidelines and ensure efficiency on given project tasks
• Be flexible, hands-on and willing to learn new technologies
• Familiar with MS Office tools and proficient in making quality Reports
• 5 - 10 Years of Overall experience in product design and development
