Academic Quality Checker (QC Associate)

The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring lesson plans are curriculum-aligned, pedagogically sound, and effectively structured to support strong learning outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with academic and content teams to maintain and elevate academic quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate lesson plans for

  Maths, Science, and English (Grades 3–9)

  in line with

  ICSE curriculum standards

• Check for accuracy, completeness, and clarity in instructional materials, worksheets, and assessments
• Ensure the pedagogical flow and structure of lessons support student understanding and engagement
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to content creators and educators
• Coordinate with teams to improve curriculum design and ensure implementation in class delivery
• Observe online classes (live or recorded) to ensure alignment between lesson plans and classroom execution
• Maintain organized records of lesson reviews, feedback logs, and curriculum trackers
• Ensure timely completion of reviews and contribute to continuous academic improvement

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the

  ICSE curriculum

  for Maths, Science, and English (Grades 3–9)
• Experience in

  lesson planning, curriculum review, or academic content development

• Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to quality checks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for feedback and documentation
• Proficiency in

  Google Suite

  ,

  MS Office

  , and familiarity with online teaching tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with internal academic teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or academic quality assurance
• Experience working with e-learning or edtech platforms is a plus
