Academic Program Manager

You will be joining Scribido Talks, an initiative by Scribido Campus Pvt. Ltd., an Indian education services company that offers various products and services to schools. Your role as the Academic Program Manager will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of Scribido Talks programs to ensure they align with the company's objectives and meet the needs of student participants. You must be a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of literature and public speaking, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that promote public speaking, creative writing, and critical thinking among students. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers, content creators, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Building and maintaining relationships with schools, educators, parents, and students will be crucial, as well as organizing workshops, seminars, and events related to literature and public speaking. Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, preparing regular reports on program status, outcomes, and areas for improvement, and presenting findings to senior management will also be part of your role. You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Literature, Communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree considered a plus. A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector, is essential, along with exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills. You must be based in Pune or willing to relocate, preferably near Koregaon Park, and possess a genuine passion for literature, education, and empowering students through public speaking. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by program schedules is necessary.
