Job Description: Academic Mentor Student Mentorship: Foster positive, supportive relationships with students, offering guidance on both academic and personal matters to help them succeed. Academic Monitoring: Monitor students’ academic performance, identify challenges, and implement focused strategies to support improvement. Parent Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and development. Data Management: Ensure accurate documentation and management of student information using educational software and Management Information Systems (MIS) for analysis and reporting. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and counsellors to design and implement personalized academic plans tailored to individual student needs. Qualification A genuine passion for mentoring students and supporting their academic growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Experience in analysing academic performance data and applying effective support strategies. Proficiency in using educational tools and MIS platforms for data tracking and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred. Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Accurate record-keeping and data management proficiency. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
