Position: Academic Mentor

About the Role

As an Academic Mentor, you’ll serve as a supportive guide and motivator, closely monitoring student progress and collaborating with educators and families to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Mentoring & Student Engagement

* Build positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage academic growth and personal development.

* Lead co-curricular activities, clubs, and enrichment programs that foster all-round student growth.

* Collaborate with teachers and counselors to understand and address student challenges.

Academic Monitoring & Support

* Regularly track student performance and identify learning gaps early.

* Conduct assessments and provide tailored academic support where necessary.

* Work with faculty to develop and implement personalized learning strategies for students in need of additional help.

Family Communication & Support

* Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians about student progress and well-being.

* Facilitate parent meetings to align on academic goals and support strategies.

* Advise families on how to effectively support learning at home.

Data & Reporting

* Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and student behavior.

* Analyse academic data to drive targeted interventions and continuous improvement.

* Utilize digital tools and educational platforms to monitor and report student progress effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
