*About the Role:*

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Academic Institution Outreach Associate to support our capacity-building initiatives in clean and hydrogen energy. In this role, you will engage with leading academic institutions across India to promote awareness, participation, and partnerships in our training and skilling programs aimed at building India’s green workforce of the future.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Represent HyOn Energy at universities, colleges, and technical institutes across Uttar Pradesh.
• Conduct in-person presentations, seminars, and meetings with faculty, placement officers, and student groups.
• Promote participation in HyOn’s capacity-building programs focused on hydrogen and renewable energy technologies.
• Build long-term academic partnerships for training, research collaboration, and student engagement.
• Manage on-ground logistics, communication materials, and lead tracking during outreach efforts.
• Collect feedback and insights to help improve program content and outreach strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align field activities with HyOn’s broader mission.

• Passionate about clean energy, sustainability, and education.
• A confident communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Comfortable with public speaking and navigating academic environments.
• Willing to travel extensively and adapt quickly to different institutional contexts.

*Qualifications:*

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in outreach, program coordination, or academic engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in sustainability or education sectors is a plus.
