Conduct in-person presentations, seminars, and meetings with faculty, placement officers, and student groups. Promote participation in HyOn’s capacity-building programs focused on hydrogen and renewable energy technologies. Build long-term academic partnerships for training, research collaboration, and student engagement. Manage on-ground logistics, communication materials, and lead tracking during outreach efforts. Collect feedback and insights to help improve program content and outreach strategy. Coordinate with internal teams to align field activities with HyOn’s broader mission. *Who You Are:* Passionate about clean energy, sustainability, and education. A confident communicator and natural relationship builder. Comfortable with public speaking and navigating academic environments. Willing to travel extensively and adapt quickly to different institutional contexts. *Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in outreach, program coordination, or academic engagement. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
