About the Role

We are inviting applications from qualified, passionate, and technically proficient candidates for the position of Academic Incharge cum Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. This role combines academic leadership with active teaching responsibilities to drive excellence in curriculum delivery and student development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee academic planning, implementation, and monitoring of all departmental activities.
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions in core and advanced CSE subjects.
• Guide students in projects, research initiatives, and industry-based assignments.
• Coordinate internal assessments, academic audits, and university compliance documentation.
• Mentor junior faculty members and support professional development initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance academic quality and student outcomes.
• Facilitate collaborations with industry partners and external training providers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant academic and administrative experience.
• Strong command over emerging technologies including AI, ML, Data Science, IoT, and Cloud Computing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NAAC, AICTE, and University accreditation procedures is desirable.
