- Teaching: Deliver undergraduate and graduate-level lectures and laboratory courses in physics, developing engaging lesson plans and syllabi aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Research: Conduct original research, secure research funding, publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, and present findings at conferences.
- Mentoring: Provide academic support, guidance, and career counseling to students, supervising research projects and theses.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to developing and updating course materials, ensuring curriculum relevance and excellence.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer quizzes, tests, and examinations, grading assignments and providing feedback.
- Administrative Duties: Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic planning, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth departmental functioning.¹ ²
