Academic Counselor

Role Overview

Academic Counsellors

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on Vedantu’s learning programs through calls, virtual meetings or face-to-face interactions.
Understand student requirements, learning goals, and recommend suitable courses.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with leads effectively.
Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
Participate in training sessions and continuous upskilling to improve sales productivity.

Requirements

Any graduate
(Preferred: B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / MBA / PGDM, etc.)
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
0–3 years of experience in
B2C Sales / Customer Service / Tele-sales / Academic counselling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional language)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
