Job Description

Student Counseling: Provide personalized advice on study options in destinations- All European countries, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, etc.
Sales & Targets: Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and meet recruitment targets.
Operational Tasks: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents on course options, admission processes, and career opportunities
Handle walk-ins, inbound inquiries, and leads generated through campaigns or digital channels
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via phone, video call, or in-person meetings
Follow up with leads, maintain CRM updates, and achieve monthly admission targets
Organize and participate in admission drives, educational fairs, seminars, and webinars
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve student outreach strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field
2–3 years of experience in counseling, student admissions, or academic advising
Excellent communication (English & Malayalam) and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
