Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in New Delhi. The Academic Counselor will engage with students to provide personalized guidance and support about their academic paths and career goals. Key responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, offering career counseling, guiding students in academic planning, and addressing their educational concerns. Additionally, the role involves maintaining student records and fostering strong communication with students to help them succeed academically and professionally.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively with their academic and career decisions
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, parents, and faculty members
Experience in Academic Advising and Education to help students create educational plans aligned with their goals
Ability to empathize with students and understand their individual needs
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Previous experience in academic or career counseling is an advantage
