Job Description:Job Title: Inside Sales (Team Lead) - Edtech Industry – Mumbai
Job Responsibility
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
o Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales goals with overall business objectives.o Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customer segments and sales opportunities.o Define sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness.
o Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.
o Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.o Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team progress, and provide regular performance feedback.o Foster a collaborative and motivated sales team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
o Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales efforts and enhance customer experience.o Monitor sales pipelines, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.o Implement sales enablement tools, technologies, and CRM systems to streamline sales operations
o Identify customer needs, understand their pain points, and provide tailored sales solutions.
o Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business and drive revenue growth.o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and lead generation strategies.
o Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate sales performance and identify trends and opportunities.
o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.o Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales approaches accordingly.Key Skills:Key Skills:
