As an Academic Counselor/Senior Academic Counselor at this organization, your role will involve proactively engaging with prospective clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, primarily through calls. You will be responsible for conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' educational goals and challenges, and providing personalized recommendations based on their requirements. Additionally, you will need to maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered, conduct live demonstrations, and guide clients through the sales process by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective clients through multiple communication channels, focusing on calls. - Perform needs assessments to identify clients' educational goals and challenges. - Offer personalized recommendations tailored to client requirements. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services. - Conduct live demonstrations and virtual tours to showcase product features. - Assist clients through the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns. - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by nurturing leads. - Close deals using consultative selling techniques and objection handling. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience. - Provide regular updates on sales activities to the sales manager. - Meet daily calling targets of 2.50 hours. - Achieve tight deadlines and targets. Qualifications: - Graduate degree is mandatory. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach. - Hardworking and confident in meeting targets.
