As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, with a primary focus on calls. Your role will involve conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients" educational goals and challenges, and providing personalized recommendations based on their requirements. It will be essential to maintain a strong understanding of the products and services offered, conduct live demonstrations and virtual tours, guide clients through the sales process, and address inquiries and concerns effectively. Your ability to cultivate leads, close deals using consultative selling techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be required to provide regular updates on sales activities, maintain a daily calling time, and meet tight deadlines and targets. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective clients through various channels, primarily calls - Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored recommendations - Maintain product knowledge and conduct live demonstrations - Guide clients through the sales process and address inquiries - Cultivate leads, close deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress - Maintain a daily calling time and meet deadlines and targets Qualifications: - Must be a Graduate - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative sales approach - Hardworking and confident in meeting targets The company offers benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
