About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and empathetic Academic Counselor who can connect with students, guide them toward the right career programs, and support them throughout their learning journey at Skillyuvam.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in choosing suitable programs based on their goals and interests.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert leads into enrollments.
• Schedule and coordinate campus visits for prospective students.
• Work towards achieving monthly admission targets with quality counseling and integrity.

• Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or admissions is preferred but not mandatory.
