Job Title: Academic Counsellor – International Sales (UK Market) Location: Noida sector 63,H-70 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000/month Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (UK Shift) Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off) Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Industry: EdTech Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Counsellor with a proven track record in international sales, specifically targeting the UK market. The ideal candidate should have experience in the EdTech industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of converting leads into successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities : Counsel prospective students from the UK and guide them on suitable courses. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products. Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels. Achieve monthly targets for enrollments and revenue. Maintain and update the CRM system with all interactions and progress. Deliver excellent service to ensure high conversion and retention rates. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in international/UK sales, preferably in EdTech. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Proficient in using sales and CRM tools. Must be comfortable working in UK shift hours (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Immediate joiners will be given preference.
