Academic Counselor

As an Academic Counselor at Jobaaj Learnings, you will play a crucial role in managing outbound leads through calls and providing suitable services or programs based on client requirements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining consistent follow-ups for successful conversions, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, recording customer data in the CRM system, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage outbound leads through calls. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services or programs. - Maintain consistent follow-ups for successful conversions. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Record and maintain customer data in the CRM system. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. - 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or EdTech Sales preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer focus and ability to work in a target-oriented environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
