Key Objective: To lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive student enrollment for the institute’s courses, with a special focus on reaching students from lower-income communities and other target population. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase student enrollment. · Promote the institute and its programs through digital (social media, email, website), print (flyers, posters), and offline channels. · Build partnerships or relationship with local schools, NGOs, community leaders, and influencers to reach the target population. · Plan and conduct outreach activities such as community events, school visits, seminars, and career awareness programs. · Create compelling content for brochures, social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and posters tailored to the target audience. · Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. · Maintain strong community engagement and act as the institute's representative in public forums and events. · Understand and effectively communicate the institute’s mission and course benefits to parents and prospective students. · Coordinate with the admissions team to support lead conversion and enrollment follow-ups. · Identify key target audiences and create specific outreach plans for lower-income communities. · Represent Institute at job fairs and academic events to promote the course and attract prospective students. · Identify nursing colleges or institutes to offer the course as an add-on program and establish formal partnerships through MOUs. Required Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor's Degree · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution or NGO working with lower-income groups. · Proven track record of driving successful enrollment or awareness campaigns.
