We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and programs. The role involves handling inquiries, providing counseling support, and contributing to the overall admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on available training programs and career options.
• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries effectively.
• Explain course details, fees, and placement opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and assist students through the admission process.
• Maintain regular records of student interactions and conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for student engagement activities.
• Support in achieving monthly enrollment targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about student counseling and education.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
