About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team in Kochi. As an Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students, guiding them through our programs, helping them choose the right career paths and ensuring they have a supportive and enriching experience throughout this learning journey. Key Responsibilities: • Counsel students about the internship programs, course details and career oppurtunities • Follow up with leads via phone, email and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner • Manage and support the admissions and enrolment process • Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports • Assist with onboarding new students and resolving queries Candidate Requirements: • Education background: BCom, BBA, HR • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • 6 months to 1 year of experience in the education sector •Passionate about education and student success Job details: Duration: Immediate joining Compensation- ₹12000 to ₹20000 per month will be provided based on performance evaluation Location- 2nd floor, S R Arcade near Onam park, Mavelipuram, Thrikkakara, Vazhakkala, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala 682030 HOW TO APPLY: Interested candidates can send your application to tijanshareefkv.hr@gmail.com with the subject line “Academic Counselor Application - [Your Name]”.
