Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will assist students in navigating their academic and career paths by providing personalized counseling and guidance. They will help students explore education opportunities abroad, coordinate scholarship applications, and support seamless admission and visa processing. In addition, the role will involve conducting academic advising sessions, addressing student inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Background or experience in the field of Education or academic consultancy
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing admissions and visa processes
• Familiarity with international education systems and scholarship programs is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism in a student-focused environment
