Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, based in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized student counseling, career counseling, academic advising, and helping students with their educational planning and goal setting. The role also involves coordinating with university representatives, assisting students with scholarship applications, and guiding them through the visa application process. Effective communication with students to understand their needs and aspirations is crucial for this role.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Academic Advising and Educational Planning skills
• Ability to provide personalized and empathetic counseling sessions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field preferred
• Experience in educational consultancy is a plus
