We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Academic Advisor to join our Digital Marketing School at HACA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EdTech sales with a strong ability to guide, counsel, and convert potential learners into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students and provide academic counseling on course offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
Maintain follow-ups and ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead management.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or academic counseling.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
