Role Overview:

Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students, working professionals, and parents on relevant courses and programs.
Conduct one-on-one (in-person or virtual) career guidance sessions.
Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum enrollments.
Explain course details — structure, duration, benefits, and career outcomes.
Stay updated on EdTech trends to offer accurate, personalized recommendations.
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain and update student interactions using CRM systems.
Ensure smooth onboarding and provide post-enrollment assistance to students.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in academic counseling or EdTech sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
Comfortable using CRM and online communication tools.
Must own a
personal laptop
(arranged laptops not acceptable).
Must be unmarried
and
available to relocate to Noida within 7 days.
