Role Overview:

Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students, working professionals, and parents on relevant courses and programs.
• Conduct one-on-one (in-person or virtual) career guidance sessions.
• Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum enrollments.
• Explain course details — structure, duration, benefits, and career outcomes.
• Stay updated on EdTech trends to offer accurate, personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain and update student interactions using CRM systems.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and provide post-enrollment assistance to students.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology preferred)

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 months in academic counseling or EdTech sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
• Comfortable using CRM and online communication tools.
• Must own a

  personal laptop

  (arranged laptops not acceptable).

• Must be unmarried

  and

  available to relocate to Noida within 7 days.
