Academic Counselor

About the Role Emversity is looking for dynamic and result-driven Counsellors for its Hospitality programs. The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, and guiding students towards the right career path in hospitality education.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about hospitality courses and career opportunities.
• Handle inquiries through walk-ins, calls, and digital leads.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or records.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment process. • Participate in promotional activities, events, and follow-ups. Eligibility & Requirements
• Minimum experience in student counselling, sales, or admissions (preferably in hospitality or education sector).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience is preferred.
