As a Client Relationship Officer (Inside Sales) at MSM Unify, your role is crucial in promoting and selling our programs to potential students. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, identifying suitable programs for students, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders. - Handle inbound queries through various channels such as telephone, email, and web chat. - Make outbound calls to convert leads into study applications. - Analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction, manage complaints effectively, and escalate issues when necessary. - Accurately record customer data in all relevant systems. - Identify and report on issues and trends to support student journey development. - Cross-sell our products and services. - Engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. - An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. - Experience in B2C sales is preferred, but a willingness to learn is also valued. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Effective problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards learning. - Customer service orientation and good computer skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Openness to adapt and grow in the customer service role.
