Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-in and online inquiries professionally and convert them into admissions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate inquiry records, student databases, and follow-up reports.
• Support marketing and admission campaigns, events, and activities.
• Build and maintain strong student relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant field preferred).
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in academic counseling or student admissions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and target-driven mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday — Weekly Off
