Academic counselor

Counselor Job Roles: · Make outbound calls to prospective students from leads, database and inquiries. · Follow up with students via calls, WhatsApp, email and SMS · Maintain Proper records of calls and leads in the CRM System · Responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective students through various marketing and outreach initiatives. · Effectively communicating with prospective students and alumni, often through phone calls, emails, and in person meetings. · Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students addressing their inquiries about programs, courses, admission requirements, and career paths. · Play a key role in assisting students with the application process, including document verification, fee payment, and enrollment procedures. · Develop strong relationships with prospective Students and their families, ensuring a positive and seamless onboarding experience. · Coordinate with the Marketing Team for Campaigns and Lead Generation Efforts. · Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, such as webinar, seminar, and any marketing events. · Convert interested leads into admissions. · Work on Admission Targets · Prepare Daily Reports /Weekly Reports of calls, walk in, Follow ups and Conversions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
