*What You’ll Do*

As an Academic Counsellor, you will:

* Guide students in choosing the right courses, universities, and career paths.

* Understand each student’s background and recommend suitable academic options.

* Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Clearly explain eligibility, fees, scholarships, and course details.

* Assist students with applications and documentation.

* Maintain enquiry records and follow up through the admission process.

* Work closely with academic and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Participate in orientations, seminars, and student-support programs.

* Provide a warm, empathetic, and student-friendly counselling experience.

## *What We’re Looking For*

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Psychology, Education, Management preferred).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and great listening ability.

* Ability to multitask and manage student queries efficiently.

* Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM/ERP).

* Experience in counselling or student support is a bonus!
