Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in New Delhi. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on course selection, providing career counseling tailored to individual aspirations, and supporting them throughout their academic journey. The counselor will assist students in understanding their strengths and areas for improvement while offering educational and professional advice. Additional responsibilities include addressing student concerns and facilitating their overall learning experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Career Counseling and guiding students towards suitable career paths
• Background in Education or related fields
• Empathy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the education sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
