Academic Counsellor

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 5-6 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Guidance: Provide personalized counselling to students regarding course selections, career paths, and effective use of learning resources.
• Course Planning: Assist students in aligning course choices with their career goals and interests.
• Progress Monitoring: Track academic performance and offer strategies for improvement and continued success.
• Student Engagement: Design and implement plans to keep students motivated and focused on their goals.
• Workshops & Webinars: Conduct sessions on topics such as study strategies, time management, and academic planning.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather and analyze student feedback to enhance the overall learning experience.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counselling or student support, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
• Understanding of online education platforms and modern learning methodologies.
