About the Role:

Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Understand each students educational background, interests, and career goals
Counsel students and parents about available courses, eligibility, career paths, and academic planning
Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions (online or in person)
Recommend suitable programs based on aptitude, preferences, and market trends
Maintain deep knowledge of the institutions academic offerings, including curriculum, faculty, admission process, and fees
Stay updated with market trends in education, career opportunities, and competitive offerings
Communicate the unique value proposition of programs confidently and accurately

Required Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English and any regional language)
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Ability to multitask, work independently, and achieve enrollment targets.
