• Strong fluency in English & Malayalam
• Excellent spoken and written English

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads to provide guidance.
• Assess the needs of students and recommend suitable courses tailored to their learning level.
• Provide detailed information on course structure, timings, fees, and offers.
• Assist students with completing admission forms, submitting documents, and managing fee payments.
• Maintain proper follow-ups with prospective students and ensure smooth admission processes.
• Support students and parents by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of admissions and coordinate with trainers and management to schedule batches.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
• Proactive in guiding students and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Prior experience in academic counselling or student support will be an added advantage.
