Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads (students/parents) via calls and messages
  • Understand learning needs and suggest the right courses
  • Give product demos or counseling sessions
  • Follow up and close sales
  • Maintain lead data in CRM
  • Meet daily and monthly enrollment targets

Preferred candidate profile

  • 13 years of experience in telesales or inside sales (EdTech preferred)
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and follow-ups
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
