Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Convert leads into course enrollments through calls and follow-ups. Explain product features and benefits to students/parents. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain lead data in CRM. Build strong relationships to boost retention and referrals. Preferred candidate profile : Strong communication and persuasion skills. Fluent in English (regional languages like Hindi, Kannada, Tamil are a plus). Bachelors degree in any stream. Passionate about sales and education. Prior experience in telesales or EdTech is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
