Urgent hiring for Academic Counsellors Location: Thane and Borivali Job Type: Full Time Shifts: 10am 7pm, 6 Days working Salary: HSC + 6 months min experience Graduate + 6 months min experience Graduate freshers Job Summary: We are seeking a persuasive and customer-focused Sales/ Educational Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying customer needs, and guiding potential clients toward suitable products or services. This role requires strong sales acumen, good communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding course selection, career planning, and educational opportunities. Assist students in understanding course eligibility, application procedures, and admission requirements. Assess student profiles to recommend suitable academic programs and institutions. Stay updated with educational programs, courses, and industry trends. Conduct detailed consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and walk-ins. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting potential clients into paying customers. Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and payment plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize sales opportunities. Handle objections effectively and close sales efficiently. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in software. Requirements: HSC or Any Bachelor’s degree Proven hardcore experience as a Sales Counsellor, Sales Executive, or similar role Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in operating computer Preferred Skills: Experience in the education, real estate, or insurance sector. Multilingual capabilities. Customer relationship management experience.
