Job Description

We are hiring an Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about guiding professionals towards their academic and career goals!

Qualifications:

Any degree
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a course counselor or similar roles with sales experience.

Job Description:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate them to prospective learners.
Identify potential leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
Provide expert guidance to learners, assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths.
Maintain accurate records of learner interactions, academic plans, and progress reports.
Build and maintain strong learner relationships, understanding their needs and becoming a trusted advisor.
Record and update learner information in our CRM system to track interactions and sales progress.
Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.
