About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about education, with a strong understanding of the EdTech space to university counselling. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their academic goals, and matching them with suitable programs. Key Responsibilities: • Counsel students over phone, email, and in-person interactions. • Understand student backgrounds, career goals, and academic needs to provide personalized guidance. • Maintain follow-up with leads through CRM tools and convert inquiries into enrolments. • Ensure consistent follow-up with potential applicants & maintain accurate and updated records of counselling sessions and conversions. • Build a strong understanding of our programs, eligibility criteria, and admission processes. Must-Have: 02 year of relevant work experience in academic counselling, EdTech, university admissions like On line - Jain University & On – line Manipal University. Bachelor’s degree in any stream Excellent communication in English and Hindi is must. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups through CRM or lead management tools.
