The ideal candidate will have experience in student counselling, academic sales, and team management. You will play a critical role in guiding prospective students through their career journey and driving admissions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead counselling operations at the Lucknow branch Handle student enquiries and provide accurate course information Guide and counsel students and parents about aviation and academic programs Drive admissions and meet monthly sales/enrollment targets Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase leads Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for campaign execution Train and mentor junior counsellors if required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or Aviation-related fields) 1–5 years of experience in academic counselling or sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Good understanding of the academic/education sales process Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Must be able to work from the Lucknow office, Monday to Saturday Show more Show less
